3 Google Ads API Usage

4 Confidentiality

All client account data, business information, and credentials are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent.

5 Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per project or retainer before work commences. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6 Limitation of Liability

WebDataSolve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including data loss, revenue loss, or damages from platform policy changes by Google or other third parties.

7 Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all client credentials and data will be returned or deleted within 7 business days.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
